E-commerce operations — fully autonomous
A direct application of the Autonomous Business OS to Shopify-based commerce — designed first for KUONOVA's own store, then packaged for client deployment. Covers the full operational loop: order processing, inventory alerts, AI-generated customer responses, automated email sequences, and monthly performance reports — all without human intervention. Built to be offered as a standalone service to Shopify merchants who want operations that run while they sleep.
UNAMI — Japan Pet Treats
Sustainable Japanese pet wellness · US market launch
Proof of Concept #2 for the Autonomous Business OS — applied to real EC operations. Premium pet treats crafted from sustainable Japanese eel, sourced directly from artisan aquaculture farms in Japan. UNAMI targets the fast-growing US pet treat market (projected $10B+ by 2030).
